1. Manufacturing technology

1.1. Centrifugal casting cylinder

This method uses alloy powder to be put into the cylinder, then heated and rotated at high speed to use centrifugal force to create an alloy coating inside the barrel.
For different plastics we use different alloy coatings. Especially for halogen-containing plastics, ASG uses super anti-corrosion and anti-wear materials, which significantly increases the life of the cylinder.

1.2 Hot core cylinder

Using alloy tubes manufactured by sintering technology (Hot Isostatic Press), then pressed into the cylinder body. Because the properties of sintered materials are much better than normal, this type of cylinder is very effective against corrosion and abrasion.
