1. Structure of plastic injection molding machine adapter

The adapter is the intermediate part between the cylinder and the plastic nozzle in the injection molding machine. Here, the plastic pipe diameter will be changed from the diameter of the cylinder to the diameter of the nozzle to reduce the plastic pipe cross-section and increase the plastic injection pressure.

(*) Small machines usually do not have an Adapter, the nozzle will be attached directly to the cylinder.

3. Application

• Glass fiber content in resin 0%GF to 65%GF.
• The type of plastic the customer uses.
• Non-corrosive plastic: PET, PP, PC, ABS…
• Corrosive plastic: PA, PA6. PA9T, PPS, LCP…
• High-viscosity transparent plastic: clear PC, colored PC.
• High hardness plastic: Bakelite.

4. Manufacturing method

Using high strength alloys, heat treated in a vacuum environment, creating products with the highest mechanical properties of carefully selected steels for manufacturing. Important parts of the components are reinforced with special alloys to increase component life.

Critical locations are reinforced with mechanical enhancement technologies to ensure operating life under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, abrasion and corrosion.

Step 3: Customer send order.

Step 4: In most cases we have manufacturing drawings, in some cases we do not have drawings, we will come to your factory to measure and create drawings.
