4.1 Hard alloy screw

Using high strength alloys, heat treated in a vacuum environment, creating products with the highest mechanical properties of carefully selected steels for manufacturing. Important parts of the components are reinforced with special alloys to increase component life.

4.2 PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) top welding screw

The screw shaft tip is welded by PTA welding method, because of using Plasma welding method, the welding powder layer has better mechanical properties than the base material. Strengthening the mechanical properties of the screw shaft, increasing the wear and corrosion resistance of the screw shaft tip. Many different types of alloy powder can be used to match different types of plastic because each type of plastic has different abrasive properties and corrosive chemicals.

4.3 HVOF (High Velocity Liquid Fuel) Spray Screw:

HP/HVOF bimetallic spray coating is a thermal spray technology used to improve or enhance the properties of screw surface such as corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, insulation, thermal conductivity, wear resistance, prolonging product life.
The alloy powder is melted and sprayed at high speed (700-1500mm/s), creating a coating on the base steel surface, with high hardness, better corrosion and abrasion resistance than the base material.

4.5 Sintering screw: Hot Isostatic Press (Only applicable to small components)

Using sintering technology to manufacture components by the method:
Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) is a manufacturing process used to reduce the porosity of metals and increase the density of many materials. This improves the mechanical properties and workability of the material. Because the material is of high purity and the material properties can be selected through the composition of the metal powder, it is the best technology to deal with difficult-to-use halogen-free plastics.
