Concepto<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Los moldes para pl\u00e1sticos t\u00e9cnicos requieren una alta precisi\u00f3n y meticulosidad. La precisi\u00f3n del molde se mide en micrones y se cierra con una alta presi\u00f3n de sujeci\u00f3n durante el proceso de inyecci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, el molde puede abrirse ligeramente y crear un espacio cuando la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n es demasiado alta. La Bavia se produce cuando el pl\u00e1stico entra en este espacio. La Bavia se genera principalmente en la l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n (l\u00ednea PL), el n\u00facleo deslizante, los respiraderos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0La rebaba es un fen\u00f3meno en el que el pl\u00e1stico ingresa en el centro de la superficie de separaci\u00f3n (superficie PL) del molde y provoca una pel\u00edcula delgada no deseada sobre el producto. Presi\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico demasiado alta<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Si la presi\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico es demasiado alta, el molde se abre y se produce Bavia. Fluidez del pl\u00e1stico demasiado alta<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A medida que aumenta la fluidez del pl\u00e1stico, aumenta la tendencia a que entre en los espacios y se produzcan Bavia m\u00e1s grandes. Pl\u00e1stico PPS\n<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0El pl\u00e1stico PPS tiene el inconveniente de que es propenso a la formaci\u00f3n de Bavia debido a su alta fluidez y bajo rango de transici\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, al utilizar PPS, se debe prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a las soluciones anti-bavia que con otros pl\u00e1sticos. La precisi\u00f3n del molde tambi\u00e9n debe ser m\u00e1s estricta que con otros pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2>3. Soluciones contra la Bavia<\/h2>\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>3.1. Reducir la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Para reducir la presi\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico, se utilizan los siguientes m\u00e9todos:<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 - Reducir la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 - Reducir la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 - Reducir la presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 - Adelantar el cambio de posici\u00f3n V-P<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>3.2. Acelerar la solidificaci\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0La Bavia se puede prevenir acelerando el proceso de solidificaci\u00f3n del pl\u00e1stico, como por ejemplo, reduciendo la temperatura del Nozzle o la temperatura del molde. (Se pueden realizar ambos m\u00e9todos simult\u00e1neamente).<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>3.4. Inspeccionar la superficie de la l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Revise cuidadosamente la l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n para detectar cualquier espacio, hendidura o imperfecci\u00f3n. Estas imperfecciones pueden crear rutas para que el pl\u00e1stico escape y forme rebabas. Si se detectan problemas, se debe realizar el mantenimiento o la reparaci\u00f3n del molde. En productos de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n de gran tama\u00f1o, se debe investigar la instalaci\u00f3n de un pilar de soporte.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t<h3>3.5. El pl\u00e1stico PPS<\/h3>\t\t\n\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0El pl\u00e1stico PPS (polifenilensulfuro) es posible que encuentre una hoja de pl\u00e1stico ancha en una parte delgada, como la salida de gas (gas vent).
