La boquilla pulverizadora tiene la funci\u00f3n de boquilla mezcladora. <strong>Mixing nozzle<\/strong> Boquilla mezcladora (Mixing nozzle): Cuando se fabrican productos de colores (que no sean negro, blanco o transparente), la mezcla desigual de las part\u00edculas de color con el pl\u00e1stico puede afectar la estabilidad del color del producto final. La boquilla mezcladora (Mixing nozzle) induce un flujo de remolino en el pl\u00e1stico fundido, lo que garantiza una mezcla m\u00e1s uniforme de los colores, mejorando la estabilidad del color del producto. Para abordar el problema de la mezcla desigual de colores y las manchas, ASG ofrece boquillas mezcladoras como soluci\u00f3n. Las boquillas mezcladoras generalmente se pueden limpiar sin desmontarlas, utilizando un nuevo pol\u00edmero para la limpieza. Gracias a la forma optimizada de la boquilla, sin residuos ni zonas muertas, la mezcla completa del pl\u00e1stico y los colores se logra en solo unos pocos ciclos de inyecci\u00f3n. Es adecuada para pl\u00e1sticos de baja viscosidad que tienden a gotear desde la boquilla. Con a\u00f1os de experiencia en dise\u00f1o, ASG brindar\u00e1 asesoramiento a los clientes y ofrecer\u00e1 el dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo para cada tipo de m\u00e1quina de inyecci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1stico. Existen dos tipos de boquillas de cierre: autoajustables y ajustadas por fuerza externa.<br \/>\n1. <em><strong>Boquilla autoajustable para m\u00e1quina de inyecci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1stico<\/strong><\/em>: La aguja mantiene el orificio de la boquilla cerrado mediante la presi\u00f3n de un resorte. Cuando aumenta la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n, el pl\u00e1stico empuja la aguja hacia atr\u00e1s y abre la boquilla. Cuando el pl\u00e1stico dentro de la boquilla alcanza una cierta presi\u00f3n, logra empujar la aguja hacia atr\u00e1s. Por lo tanto, existe una presi\u00f3n m\u00ednima requerida para que el proceso de apertura supere la fuerza del resorte.
